County and Divisional – won 2 Senior County Championship medals, 3 Senior Divisional medals and 4 Junior under 21 Divisional medals.

Club – won National League and Hockey Association cup medals, played in four European Cups.

 
International – won Silver medal in Indoor European Cup, Bronze in Outdoor European Cup, Gold in Sultan Azalan Shah Tournament, Olympic Participation Medal (came 6th)

Coaching – won national leagues with Bracknell ladies HC, Hampstead and Westminster HC and Old Loughtonians, Assistant Coach to Ireland Senior Men in 2004 European Cup.

Highlights of career:
Honour of captaining England for a period of time and participating at Olympics.

Highlights outside hockey:
Gaining a Masters Degree in Politics, qualifying as a Derivatives Trader and trading on the London and German Exchanges, establishing a successful property business, travelling the world for 12 months.
