Sarinder Singh Dillon represented Hong Kong at the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games.
Sarinder studied at Sir Ellis Kadoorie School and and Queen's College in Hong Kong.
He represented Hong Kong from 1964 to 1980 as player.
He played in the 1966, 1970, 1978 Asian Games.
He was the Coach of Hong Kong Men’s Team at the 1982 New Delhi Asian Games.
He was a member of Asian Hockey Federation Council from 1994 to 2002.
He was the Tournament Director at Men’s and Women’s Under 21 Oceanic Cup.
He was the Tournament Director at the Junior World Cup Qualifying Tournament, Wellington, in December 2004.
He was the Tournament Director at the Men’s Under 21 Invitation Tournament, Kuala Lumpur, March – April 2005.
He was the Tournament Director at the Men’s AHF Cup 2002 in Hong Kong.
Surinder is currently the President of Hong Kong Hockey Association.
