Olympic Games:

Harpal Singh represented India at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games where India finished 7th.

Harpal is a product of Namdhari Hockey Academy.

He made his International debut in October 2003 at Hyderabad during the Afro - Asian Games

He played in the Champions Trophy in Lahore in December 2004.

He played in the Indo – Pak series in September / October 2004.

He played in the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup in January 2004 at Kuala Lumpur.

He toured Australia in April 2004, Ireland and Germany in July and August 2004 and played in test series in India against Spain (November 2004) and Netherlands (February 2004).
